Frequently Asked Questions

Do all models come with heating and air conditioning?

Every model comes with a 1.5 ton air conditioning unit. All our resort living models come with forced air heating, each lot has a 420L tank of propane that is set up with electronic monitoring so you will never need to worry about running out.

Do all models come with a warranty?

Yes, all our resort living models come with either a 5 or a 10 year manufacturer warranty (dependent on the model you purchase), this covers a head to toe inspection upon possession, upon possession anything above wear and tear is covered under your warranty.

What are the ongoing costs?

Owners pay for their own utilities, insurance, unit tax, and a monthly community fee. This fee
includes unlimited use of all resort facilities for you, your family and guests, resort maintenance and so much more.

Can I rent out my unit when I’m not using it?

No, we are an owners only resort living resort and we do not allow any form of renting on the resort.

What are the lot sizes and distance between units?

Phase 1B lots are approximately 51 x 85 ft. There is typically about 30 feet between units.

Can I resell my unit? What happens when I want to sell?

Absolutely you can, the new buyer will assume the exiting resident’s contract.
